Project Overview

Greenland Holdings Corporation Limited was established on July 18, 1992. As one of the representative enterprises born during China's market-oriented reform, it has formed an integrated business structure with real estate and infrastructure as its core, and coordinated development in finance, consumer services, healthcare, and technology innovation, laying a solid foundation for advancing toward a "double trillion" scale in assets and revenue and becoming a world-class enterprise.

Over the years, Greenland has consistently followed a path of market orientation, capitalization, and internationalization. Its real estate business holds leading positions in the industry in terms of development scale, product types, and brand quality, with notable advantages in super high-rise buildings, large urban complexes, high-speed rail new towns, characteristic towns, convention and exhibition centers, and modern industrial parks, exerting a broad and profound impact on China's urban-rural development and real estate industry.

Greenland has seized opportunities in new urbanization and infrastructure connectivity to actively develop its large-scale infrastructure business. It owns core infrastructure member enterprises such as Jiangsu Construction, Guizhou Construction Engineering, Tianjin Construction Engineering, Xi'an Construction Engineering, Greenland Urban Investment, and Greenland Urban Construction, forming a development pattern featuring "a layout across east, west, south, north, and center; coverage of investment, financing, construction, and management; and equal emphasis on building construction and infrastructure construction." This has become another hundred-billion-level industrial segment beyond real estate.

Project Overview

Zhengzhou Metro Line 1 is the first line of Zhengzhou Metro to be completed and put into operation, with red as its identifying color. Its opening marked that Zhengzhou became the first city in the Central Plains, the second in Central China, and the 17th in the Chinese mainland to have a metro system. The Phase II project of Zhengzhou Metro Line 1 is divided into east and west sections. The west section runs from Henan University of Technology Station to Xiliuhu Station, and the east section runs from Municipal Sports Center Station to New Campus of Henan University Station, with a total length of 15 km and 10 stations, all underground.

The Smart Lighting Control System solution controls the on/off of lighting in public areas of platform and concourse levels, energy-saving lighting, entrance/exit lighting, guidance sign lighting, and advertising lighting.

Final Results:

● Improve the intelligent management level of station lighting;
● Reduce tedious operations and manpower consumption of management personnel in daily work;
● Improve lighting efficiency, reduce lighting energy consumption, and extend lamp life;
● Create a comfortable and pleasant service and waiting environment.

Project Overview

Guiyang Rail Transit Line 1 has a total length of 34 km, including 29 km underground and 5 km elevated and at-grade, with an estimated investment of RMB 19.37 billion. The line has 24 stations: 20 underground, 2 at-grade, 4 elevated, and 5 transfer stations. It runs north-south through the central urban area of Guiyang and east-west across Guanshanhu District, connecting Guiyang Railway Station and Guiyang North Railway Station, two major railway hubs.

By establishing a line-wide energy consumption testing system, it achieves metering and monitoring of the 35 kV medium-voltage system (40.5 kV GIS switchgear, incoming/outgoing lines of traction rectifier units, etc.) and the 0.4 kV low-voltage power supply and distribution system (0.4 kV low-voltage switchgear incoming and feeder lines, low-voltage active power filter equipment, feeder circuits of environmental control electrical cabinets, etc.). It links with relevant professional systems for metro operation management, provides panoramic data for energy and equipment management, supports energy efficiency analysis, statistics, and diagnosis, and enables unified O&M management support for stations, line networks, and central-level control.

While ensuring metro safety production, it promotes improved energy management efficiency and reduced O&M costs, meeting the requirements of modern metro construction planning for "Safety, Efficiency, and Green."
